Welcome to Nanqiao Lyu's Piano Studio, a premier destination for piano education in Queens, New York! We offer an exceptional learning experience with in-person and online classes, catering to students of all ages and skill levels.
At our studio, you will be guided by Nanqiao Lyu, a renowned pianist, international award winner, and outstanding piano instructor. With a Ph.D. in education and pedagogical sciences, as well as a Doctor of Musical Arts in piano performing, Nanqiao Lyu is a true expert in her field. Her extensive knowledge and experience are reflected in the numerous articles she has published on piano performing and teaching.
We take pride in our students' achievements, as they consistently win national and international prizes and excel in ABRSM or NYSSMA exams with near-perfect scores. Many of her students have been admitted to prestigious conservatories and universities worldwide. To foster their growth, we provide two solo concerts and public performances for each student every year, creating valuable opportunities to showcase their talents.
Our studio boasts a welcoming environment, featuring a spacious classroom equipped with a grand piano, a cinema for watching inspiring piano videos, and a dedicated playground for our younger learners. Additionally, we offer both piano lessons and music theory instruction to ensure a comprehensive musical education.
